Pocket calculators defined long time ago what a good calculator has to be. Internet mortgage calculators are mostly forms that you fill, press a "calculate" button and then you receive back the results. Our calculators instead give new results each time you change each variable. Price of Home (PH), Percentage Down (PD), Length of Mortgage (LM), Annual Rate (AR) can be modified and a new result is obtained inmediatelly. At the moment we have two calculators MC1000TR and MC1100TR.

MC1100TR is an advanced calculator that works exacly as the MC1000TR and on top of that is able to calculate your payments month by month including if you decide at any time to make extra monthly payments to the principal also is able to generate a report displaying the amortization table wich is totally printable.
